Established in 2015 as Arizona FTZ Services, Arizona Gateway Logistics was founded to provide top-tier service that simplifies complicated logistics for our clients.
Our team’s expertise encompasses international procurement, supplier validation, the oversight of intricate manufacturing processes, dynamic distribution, and the coordination of port and cargo logistics. Today, we leverage the latest technology on our clients’ behalf to mitigate potential risks so they can capitalize on every opportunity.
OUR FOUNDER
Julie Pettit
Julie Pettit’s extensive knowledge of the logistics industry comes from decades of experience helping businesses build, assess, and perfect the transportation of goods and materials.
She is well-versed in regulatory compliance, forming operational processes and procedures, and international distribution management. She audits procedures and processes to enhance supply chain performance and offers risk assessments and actionable plans for effective risk mitigation.
Before establishing AGL, Julie headed international supply-chain teams at Customs brokerage, complex manufacturing, and dynamic distribution companies. With over 30 years in logistics, including management roles since 1994, she brings extensive experience in negotiation, procurement, and strategic planning.
Julie has held a Customs Broker License since 1994. She completed a B.S. in Applied Management and an M.S. in Business Analytics from Grand Canyon University (Phoenix), and earned a Master’s Certificate in Contract Management from George Washington University School of Business (Washington, D.C.).
